Refund policy

In accordance with current regulations, Bol Vivant (Épaule Carrée SAS) offers a transparent return policy for its customers in France, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

 

1. Return Conditions (Right of Withdrawal)

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • Product condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, meaning new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: An invoice or proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

 

2. Return Process

  • How to initiate a return: You must contact us by email at contact@bolvivant.com, indicating your order number.
  • Shipping method: Returns must be made by mail. In accordance with our registered office, the reference address is: Return Address: Atelier Bol Vivant – Service Retours, 46 Route d’Orsay, Marcoussis, 91460, France (Manufacturing workshop - No public access)
  • Shipping deadline: Once your request is validated, you have 14 days to ship the package to us.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. We invite you to return the original product for a refund and place a new order. €0.00 (None

Note for defective products: In case of a proven defect, we will send you a prepaid return label by email.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our workshop, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item.

Refund processing:

  • Right of withdrawal: In accordance with legislation, if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days, the refund will be processed in full.
  • Condition of items: The refund is made provided that the product is in its new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise (product damaged or used by the customer), a markdown may be applied in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
  • Methods: The refund is automatically credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing time: The processing of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take 5 to 10 business days after the refund has been issued by our services.

 

5. Special Cases

  • Handcrafted products: Our items are unique handmade creations. Slight variations in finishes do not constitute a lack of conformity (Art. 1 of the Terms of Sale).
  • Shipping damage: If the package arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 3 business days with supporting photos for quick processing.
