In accordance with applicable regulations, Bol Vivant (Épaule Carrée SAS) offers a transparent returns policy for its customers in France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.

1. Return Conditions (Right of Withdrawal)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Product condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it new, unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase: An invoice or proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

2. Return Process

Note for defective products: In the event of a proven defect, we will send you a prepaid return label by email.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by our workshop, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item.

Refund processing:

• Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the law, if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days, the refund will be processed in full.
• Condition of items: The refund is subject to the product being new, unused and in its original packaging. If this is not the case (product damaged or used by the customer), a deduction may be applied in accordance with our T&Cs.
• Method: The refund is automatically credited to your original payment method (bank card, PayPal, etc.).
• Timeline: The refund is issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, confirmed by email. The credit appears on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Special Cases

• Artisanal products: Our objects are unique handmade creations. Slight variations in finish do not constitute a conformity defect (Art. 1 of the T&Cs).

• Transport damage: If the parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days with supporting photographs for prompt handling.
