Are there any customs fees to be expected?

Damaged package or contents:

Damaged contents: If the item is defective even though the box was intact, send us a claim within 3 business days to contact@bolvivant.com with photos of the merchandise and the packaging. We will immediately open a dispute with the carrier to offer you a solution.
Address error:
Please carefully check your delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the re-shipping fees will be at the customer's expense.
