About the design
This model combines graphic simplicity with mechanical rigor. Its 12-sided polygonal structure is not merely an aesthetic choice: it echoes the 12 images of the strip, creating a perfect harmony between the object and the movement.
The drum's exterior aesthetic explores the cut-out technique in a purely decorative way. Inspired by the boldness of Henri Matisse and the world of Mary Blair, this design adorns the zoetrope with a circle of stylized women and flowers.
